電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼是一種硅鐵合金。用硅鋼軋制的片材是電工領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣的軟磁材料,因而硅鋼片又稱電工鋼片。硅鋼片廣泛用于電動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、變壓器、扼流圈、電磁機(jī)構(gòu)、繼電器及測(cè)量?jī)x表中電機(jī)工業(yè)大量使用厚度為0.35~0.50mm的硅鋼片,用于:中型旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī),壓縮電機(jī),通用馬達(dá),小型精密電機(jī),電動(dòng)汽車,壓縮機(jī),通用電機(jī),電源變壓器,精密變壓器,節(jié)能電機(jī),焊機(jī)變壓器,穩(wěn)壓器,磁性密封器,加速器用電磁鐵,汽車電機(jī)等;在電信高頻技術(shù)中常用0.05~0.20mm的薄帶鋼片,以便更有效地降低渦流損耗。熱軋硅鋼片厚度為0.35~0.50mm,密度為7.55~7.70g/cm3,多用于大、中、小型交、直流電動(dòng)機(jī);冷軋無(wú)取向硅鋼片厚度為0.35~0.50mm,密度為7.65~7.75g/cm3,多用于大型交流發(fā)電機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī),大、中、小型交、直流電動(dòng)機(jī);冷軋取向硅鋼片厚度為0.23mm 0.27mm 0.3mm 0.35mm,密度為7.65g/cm3,多用于電力變壓器、油浸式變壓器,干式變壓器,電抗器、磁放大器等;冷軋取向薄帶厚度為0.05~0.20mm,多用于無(wú)線電高頻變壓器。




電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼按Si質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分類分為Si<0.5%的電工鋼和0.5~4.5%Si的硅鋼兩類,兩者通稱為電工鋼板。前者在制造電磁性能要求不高的民用小型電器領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的需求,此類硅鋼片的特點(diǎn)在于硅含量明顯低于常規(guī)電工鋼,制備工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單,成本較低,與普碳鋼類似。后者包含的種類、山東濱州附近牌號(hào)極為復(fù)雜。高硅鋼是指4.5%~6.7%Si的Si-Fe合金,具有在高頻下鐵損明顯降低、山東濱州附近 磁導(dǎo)率高、山東濱州附近矯頑力低、山東濱州附近磁性能極為優(yōu)異的特點(diǎn),主要用來(lái)制造高頻電機(jī)、山東濱州附近高頻變壓器、山東濱州附近扼流線圈和高頻磁屏蔽等。但由于Si含量過(guò)高,室溫條件下塑性極差,無(wú)法軋制成形。6.5%Si因?yàn)槠洫?dú)特的磁性能而自成體系,目前僅有少量通過(guò)滲硅工藝制備的無(wú)取向6.5%Si-Fe合金材料可以成卷供應(yīng),更具性能優(yōu)勢(shì)的取向6.5%Si-Fe合金制備則更為困難。

Example 1: B35A210 represents a common non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific total loss value P1.5/50 is 2.10W/kg; Example 2: B35AR300 represents a stress relieved annealed non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific total loss value P1.5/50 is 3.00W/kg; Example 3: B35AH230 represents an efficient non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific loss value P1.5/50 is 2.30W/kg. Example 4: 35WW210 represents a normal type WW non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific loss value P1.5/50 is 2.10W/kg.
